BHK Great Explorations: Youth Leader
Youth Leaders engage students in a variety of hands-on afterschool enrichment and academic activities in the Great Explorations (GE) program. Duties include:
- Establish and enforce expectations for groups of multi-grade students.
- Plan, prepare and conduct engaging and challenging activities.
- Tutor, assist, and mentor children individually and/or in small groups.
- Act as a liaison between families and school day teachers.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Now hiring at L’Anse Area Elementary School. GE operates for 2 ½ hours after school. Related experience with school-age children and coursework in the field of education preferred.
